DELIVERY

What Delivery Methods Are Available?

We have 2 easy delivery method on our platform which is based on Accra / Tema and outside Accra.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently our main focus of operation is within Ghana and we are working hard to bring international shipping to our platform.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery time varies based on products ordered, shipping address and the delivery option chosen. All orders will be delivered within 24 to 72 working hours after the order is placed.

Are there any extra delivery charges?

Yes, there may be extra delivery charges depending on the value of your order. During the checkout process, you will be informed of the relevant delivery charges.

What if I’m not home when the order arrives? Will they re-deliver?

On the day of your delivery, a customer support officer will call you to confirm the delivery details. If you are unable to receive your purchase, then delivery can be rescheduled within 3 days. If 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts are made, your order will be canceled.
